PRICES AND PRODUCTS THE SAME IN-STORE?

 Whilst the majority of products and prices are the same, some may be altered. This depends on the in-store stock and availability.


I CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN COLOURS FOR AN ITEM?

If a product is available in multiple colours, they'll be placed in the 'Related Products' section which is at the bottom of a product page. Alternatively, they shall be listed on the categories page. 


THE ITEM DOESN'T SHOW A SIZE GUIDE?

For a detailed Size Guide, please use the link and the footer of each page. It is displayed under 'Help & Info'.


I DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL ITEM PACKAGING, CAN I STILL RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?

Yes. So long as the items unworn, in original condition and still have the labels attached, they can be returned/exchanged.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER OF THE SAME PRICE?

Items can only be exchanged for a different colour or size of the same product. Not for a different item altogether.
